 Freadyman a Gambian musician who is a member of a Gambian Band calleh Hamaleh G, is set to release his solo CD on the 30th November 2009. Acording to Freadyman, this CD is a mixture of Reggae Dancehall, African Hip Hop and R&B and the idea behind the mixture is to meet the needs of different listeners. The CD is composed of 10 tracks which are digitally recorded at the Production 55 Studio in Spain, and Switzerland. Some of the tracks are recorded with live instruments.Hailing from the Gambia, Freadyman is among the Gambia's most popular reggae artists. With his unique style, Freadyman offers reggae with a distinctive message. He sings of social justice, love, political and economic empowerment, as well as peace in the world. With a range that moves from sensitivity to rage over injustice, much of Freadyman's music empathizes with the impoverished and those on society's fringe. Freadyman is also a staunch supporter of African unity. Freadyman began to develop his musical carrier in his first year of high school, and serving his musical apprenticeship with a group from Gambia know as New Edition and later with one of the most famous groups know as Hamaleh G. Freadyman finally settled in Europe where he has appeared as a guest artist in many big concerts. Freadyman has shared the stage with famous artists like Mad Sensi, the biggest reggae group from Spain.
