Terry Callier live at Cosmopolite in Oslo Terry Callier The visionary singer-songwriter and original folk-soul hero Terry Callier plays live at Cosmopolite Concert Hall in Oslo. The concert takes place on Friday 7th March. Callier, who’s recent live and studio work with Massive Attack has been one of the Summer’s highlights, remains a truly inspiring artist and this collection unearths some new undiscovered recordings that enthral and move with every repeat listen. Callier’s career path has remained true to his output – a story of triumph against firmly stacked odds. Hugh Masekela in Toronto Hugh Masekela Hugh Masekela and Chisa All-Stars play in Toronto at the Phoenix Concert Theatre, Friday 15th February. The event is arranged by Small world Music and Karibuni Radio (CIUT 89.5 FM). "Small World and Karibuni Radio are thrilled to honour Black History Month by presenting one of the greatest African musicians of all-time Hugh Masekela; leading a spectacular collective of all-star musicians from South Africa's first black-owned record label," says a press release.
